Cycle Training East currently has vacancies for instructors!

We are looking for individuals with a genuine and compassionate nature who like working with people, both young and old. They must enjoy cycling and healthy outdoor activities as Bikeability is all about promoting safe cycling for leisure, pleasure and transport.

We offer part time work on a self employed basis with very good rates of pay. Working hours are normally adaptable, but once a booking time is agreed the instructor must be able to stick to it. Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities to maintain our high standards!

Cycle training is ideal work for people with young children, semi retired, or those with other part time jobs who can be reasonably flexible with their working hours. The bulk of our work is in school hours, but we also have work during evenings and weekends.

Full training will be given to all applicants and although we will be delighted to accept applications from already qualified Bikeability instructors. They may need to undergo some additional training to reach CTE's standards, as these are higher than most organisations. All our instructors are also subject to regular mentoring as part of our programme of CPD and quality control.
