 We teach 'Bikeability' safe cycling to Individuals, Groups, Schools, Essex County Council Staff, Companies, Essex Police, and anyone who wants to enjoy efficient sustainable transport.
  

Cycle Training East are the only organisation qualified to train Bikeability instructors in East Anglia

  • Cycling is the only form of transport that helps protect you against coronary heart disease  (most other forms of transport are a cause of heart disease)

Free cycle training is available for all adults and their families who are residents of Havering. This is also available free of charge to every school and company in the borough!

Free Bikeability Level 2 training for 8 to 13 year olds, will be held at Suttons School during the summer holidays from 16/08/2010. Please contact Jo above to book.
